Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will post the changes on this page and update the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

The Service

The Service is a platform providing information, reviews, and comparison tools for moving companies (“Movers”) based on user-submitted content. We do not directly provide moving services, and we are not a party to any agreement or transaction between you and any Mover listed on the Service.

User-Generated Content (UGC)

Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for any content you submit, post, or display on the Service, including reviews, ratings, comments, and photos (“User Content”).

Accuracy and Honesty

You affirm that all User Content you submit is truthful, accurate, complete, and based on your actual, honest experience with the Mover being reviewed. You must not submit false, fraudulent, defamatory, or misleading information.

License Grant

By submitting User Content, you grant The Movers Review a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in any media, now known or hereafter devised.

Prohibited Content

You agree not to post, upload, or transmit User Content that:

  • Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, or invasive of another’s privacy.
  • Infringes upon any third party’s intellectual property rights, including copyright or trademark.
  • Contains personal identifying information of any third party without their explicit consent.
  • Is commercial in nature (e.g., spam, advertising, or solicitations).

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service.
  • Use any automated means (like “bots” or “spiders”) to access or collect data from the Service without our express written permission.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (excluding User Content) are and will remain the exclusive property of The Movers Review and its licensors.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information on the Service, including Mover profiles and user reviews. You use the Service at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall The Movers Review, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; or (ii) any content obtained from the Service.
