They were so amazing I brought lunch in for them, since I didn’t realize that most moving companies don’t bring it with them. So if you have a large move, great way to show how grateful you are, which I was. They were great group of guys, very diverse, and all excited to help. They were passionate about what they did, and delicate with everything they touched.

At the new facility they immediately got back to work after lunch. Built up all of my tables and made sure that everything was perfectly in place the way that I wanted it, and didn’t leave until they did. They cleaned up behind themselves and made sure to take the trash out themselves.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. They are the best moving company I have ever used. Hopefully this truthful review helps you in your decision. Needless to say that it always helps when the owner calls you a couple days after to see how you made out and to say good luck to your business.

Metro Hop Relocation is amazing! We utilized their moving service for our recent move from California to Florida and it was so easy and stress free! They also offer packing services and storage tubs. The Metro Hop Relocation team were great. They were on-time, very diligent, and really did their best to accomodate us. I’ve done manual jobs in college, and they’re hard. Second time using Metro Hop Relocation. First was a household then a business move. They were on time, professional and friendly. Moving is never inexpensive, but their charges were fair and costs were provided upfront. No surprise costs. They also use bins. These are reusable and on wheeled dolly platforms. I recently was tasked with moving my company to a new office location. I evaluated 5 different companies for their capabilities, reviews, pricing and overall process. Metro Hop Relocation was quick to respond to my inquiries, were good at following through and were the only ones to offer me a fixed price including the move itself, disposal (we had some things to get rid of) and supplies. They also were very flexible with the move time/day and did not charge overtime.

The move was in San Francisco which has strict rules. Metro Hop Relocation was able to comply with the right requirements with no problem.

The move itself went very smoothly. I couldn’t believe how many guys they sent – there were people getting boxes ready and packing up computers in our office suite, guys bringing things up and down the elevator, guys getting stuff onto the truck and a guy who was organizing the whole thing. It was quite a large move and they handled it like pros – all in all better than I had expected. They were definitely very experienced.

We moved and had a great experience with Metro Hop Relocation. They arrived 15 minutes early, were efficient, careful, and informed me of any issues or concerns with the furniture prior to moving it. After taking apart one of the beds they recognized the platform part of the frame needed reinforcing and fixed it quickly prior to loading. The crew worked hard and completed the job a lot faster than I anticipated…which saved us money! Someone always answers the phone – and is pleasant too! – at the main office. I had a great experience with X Van Lines! I spoke with the owner to schedule my move and then called a few other places for more quotes, none could beat X Van Lines, so I went with them. The movers were behind on the day of move by an hour because of traffic but when they showed up they got right to work and had my house emptied out in 5 hours. They worked super hard in 112 degree heat and were professional and efficient the whole time.

Once the truck was loaded we went to my new place and within a day, all of my stuff was brought up to my apartment. All of my belongings made it in one piece. The movers took great care to properly wrap all of my belongings and made sure any fragile items made it to my new place safely. I would highly recommend X Van Lines for anyone’s move!

The gentlemen who moved us were great. They showed up on time ready to move our things. We moved from the 3rd floor (no elevator) to the truck. It only took them 5 hours to move all of our things and we had a bunch of boxes along with a king size bed and other furniture. I am very impressed with the service the gentleman provided us. Everything was moved carefully and nothing was broken or damaged. This was my first time hiring movers to assist with my move and I would definitely hire them again. They really took care of me. Overall it took them about 5-6 hours to move our 3bed/2bath home (1500 sf). For the first few hours there it was very HOT. They set up our beds and placed things wherever I instructed them to.
